A Day in the Life of the Wholesale Offer Manager:

Identify and pursue new account opportunities that align with the channel Create and execute sales strategies to drive customer demand and work with sales engineering to create solutions to meet customer needs Business development of channel- provide training and ongoing education of Wave’s capabilities to partners Grow existing accounts by identifying needs and ensure follow up and follow through of customer specifications.  This includes frequent service follow-ups, problem solving, and emerging needs identification Monitor installation projects with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc. Supports others within the Wholesale team to achieve customer satisfaction Conduct proactive sales activities, including proactive needs assessment, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service requirements Up to date reporting in the CRM system for all opportunities Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 5 years of wholesale/carrier and alternate channel sales experience Minimum 5 years of strategic & technical sales experience in the telecommunications industry Sales training experience- technical and process Customer centric mentality and approach Product knowledge of both switched and dedicated services, as well as associated end-user and carrier applications Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes Working knowledge of general marketing principle tools and processes

Base Salary: The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 annually, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. 

Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are nine-thousand, two hundred annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
