Wholesale Payment Operations - Change Management - Associate

If you have relevant Banking/Financial Services experience and are knowledgeable of banking functions in either Core Cash Processing or Global Financial Messaging. Additionally, you may have prior Payments knowledge and / or  experience in driving large scale strategic projects. This is the team for you.

 

As a Wholesale Payment Operations – Change Management - Associate, in the Transformation Design & Delivery team,  you will be responsible to spur initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will need strong communication and influencing skills, strategic thinking and collaboration with multiple impacted teams. Additionally, you will ensure all work is high quality, sustainable and delivered quickly. You will be focused on identifying opportunities to build more innovative things, often across products and lines of business, where we can bring the organization together to define solutions/builds which are broader reaching.

 

Job responsibilities

Identifies  processes, change requirements, business requirements and resourcing in support of Business Analysts and technology Subject Matter ExpertsTests planning, execution and reporting in support of the User Acceptance Testing teamIdentifies and propose improvement opportunitiesCollects data, analysis and reportingProvides resourcing and capability analysis across Payment Operations to support functional leads, including impact analysis for change board discussionsLeads independent initiatives working across functional teams and lines of businessPromotes partnership; encourages collaboration, information sharing and discussion to break down silosBuilds/promotes a client/customer centered organization

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Previous relevant experience in Banking / Financial ServicesKnowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Core Cash Processing or Global Financial MessagingProject Management experience - Execution focused, tenacious and risk aware, with excellent time management skillsetStrong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authorityStrategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong Payments knowledge and / or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects is preferredKnowledge of end-to-end technology lifecycles and release patternsAdaptable, able to work globally, across lines of businesses and particularly across functionExperience in designing, delivering & presenting executive level content
