Leverages subject matter expertise and leadership skills to design and execute a broad array of business initiatives. Pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by orchestrating and coordinating training sessions, focused on effective client engagement practices to develop trusted advisor sales teammates who have a deeper knowledge of products/solutions and awareness of upcoming initiatives client impact. The Senior Client Commercialization Consultant will partner with executive leaders, functional leaders and other business and functional resources. Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Plays an integral role in independently leading the team to help drive growth of all WP business and product lines. 2. Independently leads delivery of (as well as helps execute) support work assigned by senior staff such as orchestrating and coordinating training sessions, focused on effective client engagement practices to develop trusted advisor sales teammates who have a deeper knowledge of products/solutions and awareness of upcoming initiatives client impact. 3. Works closely with WP leadership, business SMEs and functional partners to provide business and project-related expertise and execution enablement for project/program delivery, often serving a key role in the project design, management, and oversight of those projects/programs. 4. Designs frameworks for, and able to perform, advanced data analysis and insight generation, employing robust analytical skills to determine sales teammate development needs and opportunities to revisit trainings for sustainability or increased results related to initiatives. 5. Designs and develops executive level business case proposals and presentations, as well as process maps, and other types of communication tools. 6. Proactively identifies opportunities/needs and designs/delivers strategies and programs to strengthen sales execution, remove barriers to success, and make processes more efficient and effective. 7. Navigates unstructured situations by being able to translate to appropriate objectives and priorities, problem solve and define effective execution paths for others and self in the face of ambiguity. 8. Create and drive effective cross-functional and multi-level teams to execute on Truist and WPs priorities and increase revenue in all LOB partnerships. 9. Coordinates alignment with Line of Business partners on measures of success and behavior expectations to drive accountability horizontally and vertically. 10. May supervise junior staff (Analysts, Associates), but regardless has responsibility for helping direct and develop analysts, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of junior talent work. 11. Responsible for ongoing programs to support the business, partnering with functional and other business partners as appropriate as primary liaison/SME. 12. Able to decipher critical vs. non-critical needs, provide clarity and appropriate prioritization for teams, creatively problem solve and drive effective execution paths in the face of ambiguity. 13. Develops and maintains effective internal working relationships across WP and the bank. 14. Applies solid risk management skills in complex risk environment, guiding more junior resources on appropriate risk decision making. **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. In-depth knowledge of financial industry, market, and products relevant to Payments business 4. Experience and advanced skills in financial analysis, data synthesis, interpretation of complex data, insights generation and preparation of executive level presentations 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional agility 6. Superior skills in written and oral communications 7. Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. MBA degree, with a Strategy or Finance focus 2. 10 years of related work experience 3. Advanced data analytics and programming skills 4.
