Oversee and direct courses, workshops, maintain learning tools, and utilize effective change management procedures to keep training materials current. Effectively correlate and disseminate resources, information, and training materials to teammates to deliver on Truist’s purpose, align with strategic deliverables and play a key role in ensuring Teammates are prepared. Support management of a central repository of resources to ensure materials are readily available to teammates for easy consumption. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Maintain Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of products, processes, and systems used across Wholesale Payments. 2. Proactively communicate and partner across Wholesale Payments to identify training needs, technical learning needs, and essential Client servicing skill training needed across different roles. 3. Train/coach new hires and existing teammates on internal processes, technology changes, and best practices through blended learning experiences using a variety of instructional delivery methods. 4. Analyze the overall effectiveness of training and develop modifications as needed. 5. Effectively deliver training using storytelling, observations and hands on techniques to adapt the learning experience for practical day to day application and aid in learning retention. 6. Develop and design effective learning and new hire programs for Wholesale Payments, and prepare education materials such as module summaries, presentations, training guides, job aids, videos, etc. as needed. 7. Provide feedback and make recommendations for improvement and enhancements to training curriculum and programs. 8. Understand, assess and successfully execute the Risk & Regulatory Compliance framework; recognizing the risk role to be played in any given situation and the activities needed to proactively manage risk and regulatory compliance. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training and Development, Applied Learning and Human Development, Resource Development, Workforce Learning, Business or related field or equivalent education and experience. 1. Engaging, high energy hands-on professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 2. Strong skills translating learning theories into facilitation delivery that create practice, skill acquisition/building, and create the appropriate climate for performance and behavioral change. 3. Passion for training delivery and experience of delivering training, presenting, and facilitating content. 4. Strong, professional executive presence, and business acumen. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, WebEx, Teams, and SharePoint. 6. Ability to influence and be a leader for organizational change. 7. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively, and possess problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Professional Learning Delivery certifications (or the equivalent) 2. Previous financial services training experience 3.
