PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Plan and coordinate all of warehouse processCoordinated with relevant department and friend’s plant about warehouse affairsTo escalate any operation issues to superior.To ensure safety requirements are followed in the plant, including for customers and visitors.To load and unload cylinders & packs from cage to the designated area.To coordinate in loading and unloading of cylinders from daily incoming truck.Responsible for SAP transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activitiesTo handle customer’s complaintsTo assist ISO internal & external audit and to comply to all the ISO 9001 procedures and other related procedures.To perform other duties as directed by superiorsTo carry out preventive & predictive maintenance for plant equipmentprepares delivery schedules for distribution and customers.other duties assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree graduates in Science or Engineering related fieldAt least 3 years’ experience in plant operationsKnowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proficient in English speaking and writingProficient in written and oral communication skillProficient in material and warehouse managementAble to work independently as well as in a team
