**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Establish, lead and grow WHXR China MFG & OEM operation team to achieve WHXR global and China business target by leveraging China MFG and supplier base
+ Manage and grow engineers in team in both capability and capacity to meet WHXR China MFG and OEM expected deliverables
+ Lead team conduct all WHXR segments priorities linked with China MFG and supplier chain, manage execution plan, mitigate risks, optimize execution efficiency, properly allocate resource per business priorities
+ Working with all WHXR Segments GMs and Engineering leaders to develop, define and implement supplier chain/MFG roadmap that aligned with product roadmap for China and International market by leveraging the speed and scale of the China ecosystem
+ Establish, maintain and optimize solid and efficient working mechanism with segments product management and program teams, local and global cross-functional teams(including but not limited to Engineering, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Service), external partners and suppliers
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
+ At least 10years Engineering, Manufacturing or other Operation related work experience in Medical Device Industry
+ Experienced in program management, PMP certification is preferred
+ Proven leadership skills(experience successfully managing people, projects, issues)
+ Skillful in cross-function/cross-counties team work and virtual team management
+ Demonstrated ability to deliver results of multiple projects in parallel
+ Proven supplier chain or manufacturing management skills
+ Demonstrated problem-solving skill
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, skillful in global communication and collaboration
+ Fluent English as working language
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Master or above in Engineering
+ Experienced in design control processes, lean methodologies
+ Demonstrated ability on global product management skills
+ Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities, and ability to motivate & inspire others
