Job Overview
Responsible for intake screening to determine eligibility for program. Accurately enters all data into WOW computer program. Print and distribute WIC food instruments. Does anthropometric and hematological screenings. Answer telephones, schedule appointments and respond to all applicants queries. Responsible for organizing supplies and equipment for all sites. Prepares and follows up for all sites. Maintains appointment schedules. Maintains all records and documentation as required by State and Federal WIC Regulations.
