We are looking for you to join our team at our facility in Wiebelsheim, Rheinland-Pfalz.

YOUR TASKS:

•    Insurance settlement of damage in shipping and infrastructure as well as landing bridge damage and property damage ‘on board’
•    Commissioning of expert opinions, review of reports and invoicing of services
•    Coordination of transactions between the maintenance department, accounting department, experts, lawyers, brokers and insurance companies
•    Monitoring and coordination of claims settlement with all bodies
•    Administration, verification and dispatch to ships of official ship documents and shipping papers

YOU BRING ALONG:

•    A successfully completed degree in business administration and/or industrial engineering or training in this field
•    Systematic and structured approach with simultaneous flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected challenges 
•    You have the necessary stamina and resilience to work in a focussed and reliable manner over long periods of time, quickly assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
•    Strong commitment to regulatory compliance and risk awareness
•    Ability to think beyond departmental boundaries
•    ‘Ownership’ thinking
•    Willingness for personal development and further training
•    Occasional travelling within Europe is no problem for you
•    You are fluent in English and German and can also express yourself in writing in both languages without any problems; further language skills are an advantage
•    Working with the ‘relevant’ IT and software tools
