We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the Parts Department team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders from pulling to shipping, as well as providing top-notch face-to-face interactions at our will call counter. Attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a focus on maintaining ethical standards are essential.

Compensation: $21.00

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm; with potential for overtime.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service through accurate order processing, including pulling, checking, packing, and shipping

- Interact with customers at the will call counter, ensuring satisfaction with their orders

- Maintain accuracy in inventory management through detailed check-in and organization of shipments

- Demonstrate integrity and ethics in all daily tasks

Requirements:

- Willing to navigate multi-level parts department with stairs

- Efficiently pick 200-300+ lines per day and pack up to 150 packages daily

- Assist with inventory cycle counting

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments

- Commit to personal development through education and training

Qualifications:

- Dependable, punctual, and flexible

- Previous warehouse experience

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic mathematical skills for accurate order processing

Physical Demands:

- Fast-paced and physically demanding role, including heavy lifting up to 80 lbs.

- Repetitive tasks may be required
