You Are:
UST is searching for a Willow Inventory Analyst who will oversee analysis of necessary application modifications and work with appropriate MIT associates or vendors to coordinate modifications.
The Opportunity:
· Install new applications, new components and upgrade existing applications.
· Configure application settings and validate configurations performed by Application Analysts.
· Define go-live and rollout support schedule.
· Assist in the coordination of field support activities including go-live and rollout support activities.
· Support users on new applications, modules and functionality.
· Provide advanced application troubleshooting support for applications.
· Resolve critical issues independently as necessary.
· Interpret end user requirements to help determine optimal solution and to identify potential issues related to user requests.
· Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system.
· Create test plans and test new systems, version upgrades, and any system modifications.
· Document all outcomes of testing.
· Design database queries and create reports.
· Proactively monitor applications to recommend improvements and ways to increase efficiency.
· Participate in the maintenance of training materials and disseminate materials to users.
· Provide timely, effective, and professional customer support on a 24x7 rotating basis.
· Work with the help desk and support personnel on escalated issues to identify problems and resolve them.
· Triage network, hardware, or workstation issues as required.
· Coordinate vendor activities and manage vendor communications needed for support, issue resolution and escalation.
· Provide assistance to Application Analysts and other team members as necessary.
· RPh or PharmD desirable but not required.

· Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Highly desired
· Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported - Highly desired
· Strong communication, interpersonal and rapport-building skills - Highly desired
· Programming or other technical skills beneficial - Nice to have
· Experience dealing with end users - Required
· Experience dealing with vendors - Required
· Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Highly desired
· Proficient in Epic Willow charging build - Highly desired
· Presentation skills - Desired
· PharmD or RPH degree - Nice to have
· Experience with hospital pharmacy operations - Desired
· Proficient with DoseEdge compounding system - Nice to have
· Proficient with Pyxis ES platform - Nice to have
· The ideal candidate will have in depth experience with a full scale implementation of Willow Inventory, including general ledger integration and wholesaler integration.
· Epic Willow Inventory certification - Required
· Epic Willow Inpatient certification - Required
· Experience with wholesaler integration (Cardinal) - Highly desired
· Willow Inventory and general ledger integration experience - Highly desired
· Experience with 3rd party interfaces and Epic integration - Required
· Application implementation, troubleshooting, testing and support experience - Required
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $152,000-$228,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
