WIND: Civil/Grading Laborer (United States)

Blattner is looking for civil labor hands with proven experience installing and removing silt fence, straw wattle, gravel rings and more.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Work with civil crew assisting in installation/removal of silt fence, installing culvert pipe, placement of signs, layout of roadways, and assisting wherever else is needed.Load, unload, and stack equipment and materials.Set up jobsite trailer and tear down at the end of the project.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
