This is a full-time role for a Wind Energy Site Engineer, located in Viotia region (Greece). The Wind Energy Site Engineer will join the Wind Energy Assets team to work alongside other professionals to achieve its goals while fostering a culture of safety. The person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Wind Energy assets in the region. 

 

Activities

Role Responsibilities:

Operations Management:Oversee the daily operations of wind turbines to ensure optimal performanceMonitor and analyze turbine performance data to identify and resolve issuesPrepare status reports, conduct meetings to follow-up on issues
Maintenance and Repairs:Coordinate schedule/preventive/corrective maintenance and/or inspections of wind turbinesFollow-up on troubleshoot for mechanical and/or electrical issuesHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE):In collaboration with the HSE Manager, ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsPromote a culture of safety within the teamTechnical Support:Provide technical support for the installation and commissioning of new projectsDocumentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and operational dataPrepare reports on turbine performance and maintenance activitiesStakeholder Coordination:Work with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsManage contracts and ensure adherence to service agreements Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial). Master’s degree will be considered as an assetAt least 2 years’ experience related to RES projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English languageAbility to cope on a multitask environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of wind turbine technology, and excellent communication abilities Additional Information
