**Job Title: Winder/Kitter PM** **Job Description** + A Winder/Kitter is responsible for operating equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg (skins), then cutting the skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material for use as face sheet plies of honeycomb sandwich panels. **Responsibilities** + Operate equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg (skins). + Cut the skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material. + Follow the steps outlined on the production work order to formulate each product. + Complete each step of the work order and perform in-process quality checks. + Work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner. **Essential Skills** + Production + Assembly + Kitting + Machine operation + Manufacturing + Mechanical skills + Basic math skills + Proficiency in using hand and power tools + Proficiency in using measuring tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred + Experience in manufacturing is a plus + Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently + Legible handwriting and printing + Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities **Why Work Here?** + Enjoy a weekend night shift schedule, working Friday to Sunday (every other Monday) from 4 PM to 4 AM. + This position offers a supportive environment where you can work both independently and as part of a team, with opportunities for skill development and career growth. **Work Environment** + Weekend night shift: Friday-Sunday (every other Monday), 4 PM to 4 AM. + The work environment includes operating machinery and working with mechanical and measuring tools. + Employees must follow the steps outlined in the production work order and complete in-process quality checks. **Job Type & Location** + This is a Contract position based out of Newport, Washington.
