**Job Title: Winder/Kitter PM**
**Job Description**
+ A Winder/Kitter is responsible for operating equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg (skins), then cutting the skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material for use as face sheet plies of honeycomb sandwich panels.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate equipment to produce graphite or fiberglass unidirectional prepreg (skins).
+ Cut the skins into 0/90 oriented kits of material.
+ Follow the steps outlined on the production work order to formulate each product.
+ Complete each step of the work order and perform in-process quality checks.
+ Work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred
+ Experience in manufacturing is a plus
+ Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
+ Legible handwriting and printing
+ Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities

**Work Environment**
+ Weekend night shift: Friday-Sunday (every other Monday), 4 PM to 4 AM.
+ The work environment includes operating machinery and working with mechanical and measuring tools.

**Job Type & Location**
+ This is a Contract position based out of Newport, Washington.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
