Windows Architects. 

- Must be up to architect level, not help desk support people

- Experience migrating from Windows 8 to Windows 10

- Must have core and mobile experience (moving server side and conversion on tablets)
Candidates need to have enterprise mobile deployment experience

- Windows Mobile 8.1

- Airwatch preferred, but some mobile device management experience required

- Windows mobile 10 would be nice 

- It’s not a desktop/server environment at all, all mobile. Windows Surface tablets

candidates MUST have the Windows Mobile 8.1 experience and mobile device management (especially Windows Surface Tablets).
