Freelance Windows/Azure Administrator (Remote) Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Windows and Azure Administrator to join our team on a freelance, on-demand basis. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage licensing, and handle SharePoint integrations while working remotely.
Candidate must be fluent in English as will be interacting with US Based Clients
Key Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot Windows environments and Azure cloud infrastructure Handle software licensing activation and management across the organization Configure and maintain SharePoint integrations and related Microsoft 365 services Provide technical support and resolve system issues as they arise Implement and maintain security best practices for Windows and cloud systems Document procedures and maintain system configuration records Respond to support requests within agreed-upon SLAs Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Windows system administration Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and administration Proven experience with SharePoint administration and integration Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models and activation procedures Experience with remote system administration and support Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, MCSA, or equivalent) Experience with PowerShell scripting Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity management Background in implementing and maintaining security controls Experience working in a remote team environment Technical Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Secure home office setup Ability to use remote administration tools effectively Capability to maintain secure access to client systems Working Arrangement Fully remote position On-demand/as-needed basis Flexible hours with some availability during standard business hours Must be able to respond to urgent support requests within agreed timeframes
