As a Windows Engineer, you will provide technical guidance and operational instructions to systems users. You will prepare and maintains documentation of technologies, standards, and procedures. Also, manages project server builds, upgrades, migrations, code deployments and patches. As well as administers server monitoring system which monitors not only up/down status of servers but also service, space, and windows management instrumentation (WMI) monitoring for various applications running on servers.

What You'll Do:

Daily you will perform maintenance and management for servers across the enterprise.You’ll maintain enterprise level applications (SCCM/ECM for server environment) and resources.You’ll diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs software and hardware failure. Ensures customer satisfaction in an efficient and timely matter.You’ll reviews and recommends products that will assist IT management in providing more innovative, efficient, economic, and scalable solutions for business units.You will Identify and deploy required security patches also, remediates servers to bring into security standards and ensure compliance.Resolves technical issues in a timely manner. Performs root cause analysis troubleshooting to find reason for problems and a permanent solution.

What You'll Need:

To thrive in this role, you have 8+ years of experience in an Information Technology infrastructure function.

 You have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Services including Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, DevOps, and Cloud computing.

You have strong technical skill in server, storage, network, and infrastructure administration.

You have the ability to develop, implement, and administer infrastructure services. Strong knowledge of business network system operations.

You have proven experience administering Microsoft (MS) Hyper-V, MS Defender, MS SQL, SharePoint, MEMCM (SCCM), and SAN required; Microsoft 365, TrendMicro and Veeam preferred.
