The Department of Public Safety is seeking a resource for the following:
1. Support the implementation and development of subsequent enhancements of ATPSIII by replatforming to newer technologies and reengineering the current subsystems, troubleshooting, enhancements, legislative mandates, etc.
2. Updates to system may include, but are not limited to, the following modules in ATPSIII:
- Title Issuance
- Electronic Title App – Gateway
- Electronic Title App - Portal
- Electronic Lienholder
- ATPSIII-EDIS bridge
- NMVTIS
3. Provide expertise, guidance, support and/or training to DPS team members , as needed, as they transition from ATPSII to ATPSIII.
4. extensive experience managing the design , definition and development of reports
5. extensive experiencec managing the design, definition, and development of external interfaces
6. analysis of numerous system interfaces and dependencies and document those findings
The successful individual should have a technical background in Microsoft .Net technologies with expertise in web/windows forms development. Intensive technical writing is a must
Years of Relevant Experience:
6 to 7 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
