Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and advancement of our quality assurance lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware resolution, SQL, network configuration, and troubleshooting. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the QA lab's day-to-day operations, including equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration.
+ Develop, implement, and monitor testing procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
+ Oversee hardware and software testing to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
+ Collaborate with QA and Integration teams to address and troubleshoot technical challenges.
+ Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure within the lab environment.
+ Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze test data and support reporting requirements.
+ Lead efforts to diagnose and resolve hardware failures and compatibility issues.
+ Work independently and take ownership of lab operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance lab capabilities.

Basic Requirements:
+ Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ US Citizen
+ Ability to pass Public Trust background check.
+ Must have working knowledge of scripting languages such as Power Shell and VBScript or software development experience (C# .Net). Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SCCM/IBM BigFix
+ Must have strong analytical ability and problem-solving acumen
+ 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or lab management.
+ Strong knowledge of hardware resolution and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Proficiency in SQL for query writing, data analysis, and reporting.
+ Experience with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with industry-standard QA tools and methodologies.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

+ Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA Network+, SQL certifications).
+ Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
