Job Description A client in the Greenville, TX market is looking for a Windows Sys Admin to join their team. This person will support Mission System integration and support in secure DoD an DCSA accredited environments. The position will be responsible for developing and maintaining mission system environments with a mix of OS and hosting solutions. Integration of the mission systems will include the install and configuration of the Operating Systems and Mission software, Infrastructure services, and Cyber Security hardening. A solid understanding of Linux and Windows administration is required. A candidate must be a self-starter, be able to work independently, work effectively in a diverse technical team, and could take ownership of issues through resolution.  Linux and Windows systems deployment, upgrades, configuration management, patching and maintenance  Familiar with Linux and Windows systems security standards (RMF, CMMC, DFARS, NISPOM)  Installation and hardening of software systems and networks  Routine monitoring and inspection of secured systems  Backup and recovery within a Linux or Windows based system of backup technologies  On site (not fully remote) position  Hardware lifecycle management, including evaluating new hardware needs and making purchase recommendations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
