In this specialized role, you will support day-to-day operations in a unique and critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have system administration experience with Microsoft servers, high volume storage solutions, and Cisco routers and switches. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Participate in the design & implementation of new systems infrastructure + Install and configure hardware and software components + Monitor system health and performance to meet program requirements and minimize down time + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues + Provide technical insights to other team members + Participate in project planning & execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects. + Perform system upgrades and patches + Interface frequently with users on a daily basis and respond to emergent needs + Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support + Manage user accounts and access controls + Develop and maintain standard operational procedures and system documentation + Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, & best practices. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + **A TS/SCI w/ poly is required** + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator. + Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, and Server 2019. + Experience performing systems administration functions with PowerShell. + Ability to work both independently and with others while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work frequently with users in a friendly and professional way. + Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and CIFS. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. + Worked performed will be 100% on-site in a secure environment. + Must be mission oriented. + Position will require on-call rotation for after hours/weekend support. **What Desired (** **_but not required_** **) Certifications You'll Bring:** + Knowledge of storage solutions such as SAN/NAS technologies + CompTIA Network+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
