Duties and responsibilities related to theWine Lounge Assistant Managerrole

Assist the Wine Lounge Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guestsatisfaction.Collaborate with the Wine Lounge Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.Assist in training colleagues, particularly in areas of wine knowledge, service standards, and guest interaction.Support with recruitment to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine wine pairings for seasonal menus and special events.Stay updated with industry trends and new wine releases to continuously improve the wine program.

About you

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Apassion and deep understanding of wine is essential.
