Design, implement, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments in on-premises and cloud infrastructures. Deploy and administer virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud-based solutions. Maintain and support Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Management. Manage patching, security updates, and compliance using standard patch management tools. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Support and administer Cisco UCS B & C class servers, including firmware updates and troubleshooting hardware issues. Provide expertise in Storage (SAN/NAS) and Backup solutions, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness. Implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP, leveraging best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of critical BFSI applications. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident resolution for server, storage, and backup issues. Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for system administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Wintel Engineer or similar role in the BFSI domain. Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and cloud-based virtualization. Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Certificate Management, and authentication mechanisms. Hands-on experience in patch management and vulnerability remediation. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible. Expertise in managing Cisco UCS B & C class hardware. Strong understanding of enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, NetBackup, Commvault, Rubrik, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud migration strategies. Basic to advanced Linux administration skills for hybrid Windows-Linux environments. Experience with high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Knowledge of IT security policies, compliance standards, and BFSI regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco UCS Certified, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or Terraform/Ansible certifications. Experience in high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for Windows, VMware, and Cloud environments. Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.
