Responsibilities Food & Beverage Attendant Job Duties: Assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. Operate cash register and tender payment accurately. Prepare some food items and serve food and beverages to guests while complying with ServSafe protocol. Bus tables as needed, clearing and sanitizing tables between guests. Ensure dirty dishes are taken to kitchen, run the dishwasher, and clean work areas. Ensure dining room is fully stocked with linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and condiments. Assist in keeping dining room and work area clean and sanitized. Qualifications Food & Beverage Attendant Qualifications: Previous food & beverage experience; fast food experience preferred. Public contact experience with a willingness to courteously interact with a broad cross-section of customers in a high-volume seasonal food service operation. Ability to properly handle and secure cash and credit cards; basic math skills and ability to make change. Excellent communication skills. Physical Requirements include: Ability to properly handle and secure cash and credit cards; basic math skills and ability to make change. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining guidelines set by supervisor. Ability to stand/walk continuously for eight to ten hours.
