Winter 2025 Co-op: Financial Analyst (12 Months)
Position Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Co-op to join our finance team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with senior consultants and Directors to support various financial projects and initiatives.

In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the development of financial models to inform business decisions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must be in a Co-op Accredited Program
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
