Compensation and Benefits: 

Compensation: Starting pay rate of $18.25, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.

Benefits: Full and part-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available. 

Job Summary:

The Reservations & Contact Center Agent works in an inbound, service-oriented contact/call center environment to book lodging accommodations, sell resort services (tickets, rentals, lessons, etc.), and provide resort information and guest service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills for future growth at Killington/Pico or within hospitality/sales. 

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Answer incoming calls and messages in a polite and professional manner

Assist guests by providing information about the resort and our products/services

Ensure reservations and purchases are entered into various systems accurately and free from errors

Assist guests with accessing online accounts and making purchases through our eCommerce platforms

Make outbound calls and/or send messages as needed to support sales initiatives or conduct customer service follow up tasks

Use provided resources to ensure all information provided to guests is accurate

Perform other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications: 

Excellent general computer literacy and ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously required

Hospitality, reservations, sales, or call center experience preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have a willingness to learn, through formal training and independent learning, about our resorts and services, policies and procedures, and various computer programs

Good communication skills required

Readiness to accept and adapt to changes in products, operations, policies, etc. required
