We are hiring a Wire Harness Assembler to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company that values precision, safety, and innovation. Pay Range: $22-$27/hour (DOE)Key Responsibilities:Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)Inspect materials for damage or defectsCut, de-jacket, and strip cablesLoad connectors, apply labels, and heat shrinkAssemble harnesses using a board and follow detailed instructionsSign off on completed work ordersPackage materials safely and maintain proper identificationKeep work area clean and organizedFollow safety protocols and report hazardsBe punctual and adhere to work scheduleEssential Skills:Proficient with hand tools, measuring equipment, and stripping/crimping machinesAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityFamiliarity with IPC 620 standards preferredGood vision and hearing requiredPreferred Experience:Assembly, blueprint reading, soldering, wiring, labelingAerospace, aviation, or electronics experience a plusMechanical assembly and schematic interpretationWhy Join Us?Work in a clean, organized, and tech-equipped manufacturing facilityBe part of a team that values safety, precision, and growthOpportunities for professional development and long-term employment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
