We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our team. This role involves working in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical areas to construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems. Key Responsibilities: + Construct and build cable harnesses from the ground up. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems. + Calibrate and adjust equipment as needed. + Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions. + Operate related equipment and conduct tests, reporting data in the prescribed format. + Perform calibration and alignment checks, making adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed. + Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions. Minimum Requirements: + Ability to Obtain U.S. Government Security Clearance + Hands-on experience building cable harnesses. + Ability to work from schematics and engineering drawings. + Experience in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical areas. + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. + Clear written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: + Active Secret Clearance + IPC 620 certification (preferred but not required for the right candidate). Additional Information: + This role is NOT for technicians working in production or quality assurance.
