**Summary:**
Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of electronic wire transactions while providing excellent customer service, under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Listens attentively, enters and verifies the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate processing.
+ Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department.
+ Assists internal and external customers with by gathering specific information for wire processing; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.
+ Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
+ Ensures information requests are handled in accordance Federal Reserve or Swift guidelines based on departmental and company policies/procedures.
+ Completes, passes and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
+ Performs all other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
+ Possess basic accounting skills, understand debits and credits
+ Ability to effectively communicate with customers via telephone
+ Ability to process and remain focused with high volume calls
+ Skilled in using Microsoft Office
+ Ability to be respectful and courteous to co-workers and customers
**Education and Experience:**
+ High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
**Computer and Office Equipment Skills:**
+ Microsoft Office suite
+ Keyboard proficient
**Hours:**
+ Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
