Summary:
Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of electronic wire transactions while providing excellent customer service, under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Listens attentively, enters and verifies the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate processing. Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department. Assists internal and external customers with by gathering specific information for wire processing; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department. Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines. Ensures information requests are handled in accordance Federal Reserve or Swift guidelines based on departmental and company policies/procedures. Completes, passes and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). Performs all other duties as assignedQualifications:
