Description Wireless Engineer Robert Half is seeking an experienced Wireless Engineer specializing in Wireless LAN Engineering. Ideal candidates should have experience with Aruba wireless or similar tools, and a strong understanding of network design, implementation, and support. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct wireless site surveys and design WLAN solutions. + Configure and install network infrastructure in LAN/WAN environments. + Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft server environments and VMware. + Support wireless systems post-installation and resolve issues. + Create and maintain documentation of systems and best practices. + Collaborate with clients and team members for ongoing projects and pre-sales activities. + Stay updated with new technologies and pursue relevant certifications. Requirements Required Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience in networking, including switching, routing, WAN, and wireless technologies. + Proficiency in Microsoft Server environments and VMware. + Strong knowledge of DNS, IP routing, VPN, and network security protocols. Preferred (not required): + Aruba Wireless certifications + VMware certifications Skills: + Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management. + Excellent communication and documentation abilities. + Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and development.
