Understand network issues and applications Able to troubleshoot via telephone or any other video conference tool with customer engineers Must have customer service soft skills Perform hardware baseline configurations verification Execute validation scripts on alarmed hardware Perform health check on all the hardware and software components Perform troubleshooting steps on customer network issue.Qualifications
Required
Provide in-depth technical log analysis, check network configuration, and support customer as needed General understanding Wireless Cellular/Mobile Technology General understanding of standard networking protocols Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide 24/7 support as needed for commercial Network outages and network performance issues Strong and detailed analytical abilities and technical writing skills Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Desired
Understanding of 4G or 5G network architecture Some experience with RF developments
