Wireless Test Engineer
**Job Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)** We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, programming, observability tools, cloud technologies, and automation. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex system issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring reliability across various platforms! **Key responsibilities:** + Work with developers to analyze defects and re-testing of defects. + Attend daily standup calls to provide status to various stake-holders. + Background in working in highly automated product test environments and able to assist in test automation/maintenance when vital. + Ability to works with technology partner/vendor teams to troubleshoot problems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and QA, to resolve incidents and enhance system stability. + Develop and maintain automation tools for building, testing, releasing, monitoring, and alarming. **Required Skills** + Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical field + Expert understanding of 802.11 technologies and IP protocols. + Moderate level knowledge of scripting + 5 years of experience in networking and wireless technologies. + Experience with Load/Performance testing will be added advantage + Experience in home networking protocols and technologies such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, Wi-Fi and other. + Experience with broadband product test including DOCSIS, cable modem standards, digital voice and other. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
