**Job Overview** Weatherford, a leading provider in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Wireline Field Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our wireline services. As a Wireline Field Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing wireline operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing exceptional service to our clients. **Requirements** + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of fundamental math principles + Knowledge of principles of electricity and basic computer skills + Ability to complete Weatherford safety training and obtain necessary permits (blaster's permit and NRCan approval letter) + Willingness to work in a team environment, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines + Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward health, safety, and the environment + Availability to work 24/7 with scheduled days off and willingness to relocate + Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations and work in varying conditions and remote locations **Education** Candidates with 1-2 years of experience as a Wireline Supervisor or recent graduates from a university or technical school with a learning mindset and willingness to participate in Weatherford's training program are encouraged to apply.
