**Job Title: Wiring Assembler - Aft Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a Wiring Assembler for the aft shift to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical wiring of elevator control panels and ensuring their smooth functionality according to design specifications. This position requires interpreting CAD schematic diagrams, troubleshooting circuit issues, and conducting various wiring connections. **Responsibilities** + Ensure that the elevator fixture panel functions smoothly as per the design of the panel layout. + Interpret CAD schematic diagrams and understand the circuit’s functionality and troubleshoot issues. + Conduct wiring of connections, terminate as needed for a variety of connectors, control systems, electronic circuit boards, actuators, sensors, and other electrical devices. + Inspect fixture panels according to the schematics and instructions, checking the quality of the process. + Perform complicated and varied tasks and prioritize work orders to meet production schedules. + Check floor stock by monitoring wiring inventory. + Inspect assemblies visually with applicable measuring devices and identify non-conformances as applicable. + Follow quality control processes and complete inspection documentation as required. + Maintain a clean work area at all times. + Complete shop records accurately and on time. + Manage medium to heavy materials with tact and judgment. + Work with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned. + Lift up to 50 lbs; may work in hot areas (5% of the time), with minimal noise. + Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and actively participate in 5S activities in the work area. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of electrical assembly/wiring experience. + 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and familiar with measurements and calipers. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to work long-term and legally in Canada. **Why Work Here?** We offer a clean work environment with the opportunity to grow within a large company.
