In this role, you’ll be responsible for **designing, developing, and integrating complex electrical systems** in aircraft and avionics platforms. You’ll collaborate with top engineers, solve technical challenges, and help build the next generation of aerospace technology. **What You’ll Do** + Develop and maintain **cable and wire harness designs** for aerospace applications. + Create and refine **electrical product details, assembly designs, and installation configurations** (e.g., power panels, cable routing, antennas, equipment racks). + Perform **design reviews and engineering analysis** to ensure compliance with project requirements. + Provide **engineering design dispositions** on discrepancies and recommend solutions. + Work closely with suppliers, conducting **technical capability reviews** to facilitate source selection. + Document and refine **processes, specifications, and procedures** that support electrical system design and manufacturing. + Analyze functional and physical inputs to develop a **fully integrated electrical design** . **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications:** + **5+ years of experience** in wire design and electrical systems engineering. + Experience with **avionics wire design tools** such as **Mentor Capital, MAPPER, WIRS, EDART,** or equivalent systems. + **This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.** + Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to **work 100% on-site** at a our facility. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
