The WL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. + Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. + Responsible for service delivery execution. + Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. + Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. + Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. + Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. + Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. + Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. + Maintain the required safety training. _A Wireline FS specializing in pump down perforation is tasked with ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations in oil and gas wells. This role includes preparing and calibrating sophisticated wireline equipment, supervising a crew, and precisely deploying perforating guns to the desired depth using fluid pumped from the surface. The FS is responsible for detailed data acquisition, analysing well conditions, and maintaining and repairing electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies._ _They must be knowledgeable about the Hunting gun system, SLB gun system, 15k WHE, and pump down perforation operations. Additionally, they are responsible for accurately documenting all activities, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices.
