This is a pivotal role to expand Broadcom’s business by providing world-class technical support and promoting our products throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in WiFi technologies, with a strong blend of software and hardware proficiency, and a preference for experience in WiFi embedded software development. This individual will engage with diverse customer teams, including Engineering and Management, as well as Broadcom R&D and business teams, to ensure that customer needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships. **Profile & Experience:** + BSEE or equivalent technical degree + Minimum 8 years relevant experience + Deep understanding of WiFi technologies and relevant industry standards. + Strong hands-on experience with both software and hardware aspects of WLAN systems, with an emphasis on embedded software development (preferred). + Experience with WiFi-related lab test equipment + Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders. + Proven ability to drive product solutions in close collaboration with engineering, development, and business teams. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-oriented approach to technical support. **Responsibilities:** + Own customer Engineering relationships + Be onsite at customers several times per week + Initial travel will be minimal (e.g. training), but could increase with customer base + Drive best-in-class technical support at assigned customers + Obtain insight into upcoming customer projects, schedules, and milestones. + Work closely with Broadcom and customer Engineering during product definition, development, and into production + Help drive completion of customer RFPs and RFQs + Work in collaboration with sales/account management, and BU engineering and marketing teams + Conduct product presentations and demos to customers + Assist with product benchmarking and testing **Additional Job Description:** **Compensation and Benefits** The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $125,000 - $200,000. OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
