We are seeking a proactive, passionate team member to support our talent and diversity initiatives. In this role, you will help craft engaging content, deliver impactful programs, and advocate for a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow. Ideal candidates are strong writers who can produce compelling communications and bring fresh ideas to our team’s work. Responsibilities include facilitating diversity councils to ensure open dialogue and action, managing logistics for events that support talent goals, and overseeing program management to deliver impactful learning and engagement experiences. Additionally, you will assist in budget management to ensure timely and thorough cost management and tracking according to our strategic objectives. What you’ll do in the role:
• Act as Program Manager for initiatives that span talent, diversity, events and recruiting.
• Manage vendor relationships and the internal process for on boarding and payment.
• Manage and oversee tracking and reporting on Talent Diversity goals, objectives and ROI.
• Support tracking, analyzing and reporting of budget across team.
• End - to - end management of Talent Diversity events, bringing together stakeholders across the business including business partners.
• Strengthen community and foster employee engagement across DI through programming that supports employee career growth, positively impacts employee retention, and aligns with Diversity Inclusion values.
• Represent Morgan Stanley to external constituents at Firm sponsored events and conferences.
• Support planning and management of employee led initiatives that build culture.

What you’ll bring to the role:
• BA/BS required.
• 3 years of experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, HR, DI, or related field.
• Passionate about creating a culture of growth, learning and inclusion.
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proactive and organized.
• Advanced communication skills; excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship building skills; ability to maintain and build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Wage Transparency Statement
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
