WMC - Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Work Management Centre Service Representative reporting to the Work Management Centre Team Lead. The WMC Representative roles is to deliver exceptional customer service across the business unit, proactive, taking ownership and have a positive “can do did do” attitude.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for our next WMC Representative to join our Auckland team, the role includes rostered shift work with the potential to work a Tuesday to Saturday shift. The WMC Representative team ensure that the continue to maintain a strong relationship with our customers by always providing rapid solutions across New Zealand.

 ABOUT YOU

Strong phone-based verbal communication skills  Previous experience in either a contact centre, dispatch or jeopardy management role  Strong problem-solving abilities and good technical aptitude to manoeuvre around multiple systems to seek solutions in a timely manner A team player attitude with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure  Previous experience in a fibre industry is advantageous  Ability to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
