Major Activities
Monitor open issues/resolutions for new Warehouse Management System (WMS)Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of changes and issue resolution and provide results and feedback to the Michaels IT team.Monitor new IT tickets submitted by all Distribution CentersSupport Distribution Centers with new WMS as needed for problem resolutionUnderstand and support WMS configuration changes for legacy WMS based on business needsParticipate in design, UAT, and deployment of all WMS major changes, including upgradesTravel to DC sites during deployment of upgrades and major changes (as needed)Other duties as assignedMinimum Education
