Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced BY WMS QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly with Blue Yonder (BY), and experience in testing within the Supply Chain domain. This role requires the ability to conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing, work on data migration, and collaborate closely with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Testing Blue Yonder WMS in various domains including:
•    WMS Inbound
•    WMS Outbound
•    WMS Inventory Management
•    Cycle Counting
•    Perform end-to-end testing across multiple upstream and downstream systems.
•    Write detailed test plans, test cases, conduct test case reviews, and manage defect reporting.
•    Experience in data migration testing and middleware testing.
•    Exposure to databases and backend systems like MongoDB and SQL.
•    Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Test Rails for test management and defect tracking.
•    Write detailed bug/defect reports with supporting evidence (screenshots, data, explanations).
•    Automation testing experience using Selenium, Cucumber, or Cypress (preferred).
•    Collaborate with Test leads to develop and implement QA strategies.
•    Actively participate in Defect Triage meetings and work with the development team and product owners.
•    Recommend improvements in testing practices, testability, and quality reporting.
•    Coordinate with Financial/Accounting teams to run necessary tests for financial systems.
•    Prepare complex test data across legacy systems and Blue Yonder for financial testing.
Required Skills:
•    7+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer on enterprise software implementations.
•    Experience working within Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum delivery models.
•    Well-versed in software quality principles, test methodologies, and best practices.
•    Familiarity with the SDLC activities involved in delivering custom-developed and packaged applications.
•    Experience working with business users and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong team collaboration skills.
•    Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
•    Proficient in reporting and maintaining detailed documentation.
