Job Description As a WMS Implementation Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors, youll ensure seamless integration of WMS solutions into our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance. Key Day -to-Day Responsibilities:  Project Planning and Scheduling: o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. o Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. o Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address any deviations from the plan.  Requirements Gathering and Analysis: o Work closely with supply chain operations and IT teams to define WMS requirements. o Translate business needs into technical specifications for system development. o Ensure clear communication between operational tasks and IT system integration.  Risk Management: o Evaluate and mitigate project risks. o Anticipate potential challenges and provide effective solutions. o Maintain risk registers and communicate risk status to relevant stakeholders.  Stakeholder Communication: o Regularly update project status to leadership, business units, and project teams. o Facilitate effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed. o Manage expectations and address concerns proactively We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 8- 10+ years Project Management within Supply Chain/ Distribution Management space - Experience supporting WMS projects, has specific experience leading WMS implementation projects - Experience working with Project Management tools such as ADO, ServiceNow, MS Project - Strong experience managing project finances and overall budget - Excellent communication, ability to work seamlessly across both technical and non-technical teams - Strong attention to detail and risk management, change management and security considerations - Has successfully managed projected in both Agile and Waterfall environments - Go-getter mentality, someone who takes initiative and will hit the ground running strong leadership skills - Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS - Exposure supporting infrastructure projects - PMP Certified null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
