The Global Sector Research Credit team is specifically geared towards providing research and the marketing of investment opportunities in public bond markets. Co-operation with other parts of Financial Markets (Sales, Traders and Investment bankers) and Sector teams is a key component in finding solutions for our client base. The Global Sector Research team in Amsterdam covers credit research, credit strategy, rates strategy and technical analysis.
Role Description
Provide direct support to senior Credit research & strategy colleagues with the aim to constantly improve the product range, investor presentations, run quantitative tasks and work along in the daily flow. Assist and provide critical information to Traders, Sales and Investment Banking colleagues. As our new colleague, you will be joining a small, highly skilled team, thus you will be guided and trained extensively and, as such, will be seen as an integral member of the team..
What work setting can you expect?
Teamwork is a very important aspect of our day-to-day work flow. You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to establish a good rapport with the team, traders, sales and investment bankers. Given the nature of our job, you will be constantly challenged to argument your actions. Next to this, you should be able to assume a certain level of responsibility when addressing operational deliverables.

Qualifications/Experience required:
Current Bachelor/Masters in Finance Student (pref. with Financial Markets track) A well-rounded academic background with coursework in finance or economics Please note: to do an internship at ING, you need to be registered at an educational institution during the entire period of the internship
