Overview Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Responsibilities Safely prepare food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes Prepares all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure consistency of product to the guest Actively participates with staff to cook, prepare, dish-up and assemble food. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred One year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge Must be able to perform all cooking duties Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required. Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
