Women's Health Account Specialist (London, ON) 

 

Bayer is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Women's Health Representative to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of Women's Health and the ability to engage with healthcare practitioners and stakeholders through various channels. The ideal candidate will build strategic partnerships with healthcare practitioners across their territory and will implement customer-focused initiatives to build Bayer’s leadership in Women’s Health with both an established brand and a new launch product.
 

This is a permanent, home-based position with travel within the territory of London, Ontario.

 

What you will do:

Provide expert knowledge and support for healthcare practitioners interested in women's health to bring value to our customers and their patientsBuild strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholdersBuild strategic plans for your territory to achieve outcomes and maximize the use of resources aimed at driving success of a new launch and growing an established brandEngage HCPs through multiple channels including face to face, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experienceComplete call entry daily to enable omnichannel functionalityIdentify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the territory (OBGYNS, GPs, NPs, Nurses and other HCPs) Collaborate & connect within Bayer to share insights, feedback and support cross-functional collaborationAdhere to all requirements and Code of Conduct as directed by IMC and Bayer policy guidelinesIntegrate an omnichannel approach by effectively utilizing a variety of communication platforms and tools, ensuring a cohesive and integrated experience Build trust and be inclusiveWork within a squad structure, engaging in 90-day cycles to set objectives, assess progress, and adapt strategies to drive continuous improvement and achieve impactful results

 

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experienceExperience in Women’s Health is an assetProven track record of key account management and project managementStrong business acumen and ability to manage competing prioritiesPositive attitude; active team player in a cross-functional team, with excellent collaboration and communication skills, demonstrating a strong learning agilityContinually seeks feedback from peers to improve business outcomes High level of business integrity and ethicsValid driver’s license
