What to expect on programme?

Rotational Placements: Dive into an exhilarating journey comprising of 8 dynamic placements across 2 sites, exploring the following areas.

\n\nOperations\nCustomer Relationships\nInventory\nQuality & Compliance\nProject Management\nFinance and Budget Management\nDigitalisation\nLeadership project

\n\n

These rotations are designed to supercharge your experience and fast-track your career within supply chain!

\n\nAcademic Studies: Achieve a fully funded degree through an Apprenticeship in supply chain while you work, with dedicated time set aside for study. What entry requirements do you need?

\n

Education:

\n\n3 x A-levels or equivalent UCAS points 260 UCAS points (104+UCAS points from Sept 2017 under the new UCAS tariff system)\nCompletion of a level 3 Apprenticeship/Professional qualification in a relevant discipline.\nYou must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics\nYou must be 18 years old at the start of the programme (September 2025)\n\n

Skills

\n\nMust speak English\nAs part of the Supply Chain Leadership Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme\nPassion for Logistics: A keen interest in the logistics and supply chain industry.\nLeadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a desire to grow into a leadership role.\nCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.\nProblem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.\nTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment\n\n

Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take an online strengths assessment, followed by an online job simulation. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll then be invited to a virtual programme overview session where you can learn the details about the role you've applied to! If it's still something you're excited about, you'll be invited to an Experience Day (aka Assessment Centre) where we can meet you in person.
