Outpatient-based full-scope women's health role with responsibilities that include:

Performing annual well-woman exams and routine screenings

Managing contraceptive counseling and care

Addressing common gynecologic concerns

Providing patient education and preventive care

Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR

Collaborative, team-oriented clinic setting with access to specialty support and system-wide clinical resources

University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no call requirements, perfect for those passionate about women’s health and seeking work-life balance within a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Qualifications:

Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program requiredCertification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to applyExperience in women’s health or primary care is preferredNew graduates with a strong passion for women's health and patient advocacy will be consideredCurrent state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required. Experience preferred, not required.DEA and CDS eligible.Preferred experience in midwiferyNew graduates encouraged to applyAdditional Information

Compensation:
