Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Wood Shop Production Associate for our mid shift 10:00am to 6:30pm.

Some prior Woodworking experience preferred, but not required.

Job Responsibilities

We will train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools. Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques. Follow quality and safety standards. Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule. Understand daily cut lists. Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman.

Personal Requirements

CNC or Edgebander Experience a plus Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools. Excellent problem solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Happy Team oriented Quality conscious Service oriented Honest and reliable
