Position Overview:  Responsible for oversight and supervision of Woodfield Crisis Response Team. Respond, Support, Model, Train & lead staff in Therapeutic Intervention de-escalation engagement skills & techniques with youth. Coordinates & manages facility inspections; fire safety drills, plant lock security integrity inspections. Assure accurate documentation of all crisis & emergency related incidents.

Position Qualifications:
