Word Processor IIKBR's Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Operating Unit is seeking to hire a Word Processor II to join the team. CIP provides expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Utilities/Control Systems for the DoD, FAA, and Federal Law Enforcement.
The Word Processor II will perform work in support of U.S. Navy /Air Force CYP CCTV Lifecycle Support Service program. The successful candidate will be tasked with the following:
Update web-based maintenance management system and provide tracking of government equipment.Support field technician’s preventive and remedial maintenance ticket tracking and closure for consistent data capture.Provide logistics support for field technicians.Assist in travel requirements tracking and end-user notifications.Education/Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.Experience: two (2) years’ experience with Microsoft WordKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A successful candidate must have a solid history of functioning in a team environment, being a self-starter, working independently with limited instruction, and meeting critical demands. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and to have the ability work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.Standard MS Office software product knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point) is preferred.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
